Where I found out life isn't so simple
I just want to report that our weather is acky, and blechy and down right hot and humid. The weeds in the garden are out of control, and it's too hot to get out there and do much of anything. In fact, it's too hot for my brain to do any thinking, and too hot to do anything but sit in a stupor.

I live in an old (VERY OLD) farm house on a family farm in Indiana. I have been slowly trying to restore it. Well, that's not the word I want to use...more like make it livable. It has been one interesting and trying experience. I moved out to the country for a peaceful, quiet life, but discovered that it isn't easier than the city life, just a different set of problems. Sometimes you will see a short story or a poem, or just daily activities on this site, nothing complicated. After all this IS the simple life.

Went to see "Picnic" last night. A good regular play, no music. So many lines to memorize.
I miss your "freedom". Ha!
Bro and sis-in-law are coming out today. Too hot to do anything....getting to be right up my alley.
